Management is super supportive of employees and has been fantastic during the COVID pandemic, making sure to check in regularly and find ways to accommodate needs. They always emphasize the importance of regular PTO and other forms of employee wellness.

Growing this fast means hectic schedules, and an ever-changing landscape of people and processes. It's impossible to keep up with the deluge of email and notifications. There are lots of internal projects to help organize and optimize time and resources, but nobody can keep up at this pace. Still, it's a great problem to have

Despite the constant growing pains, I think we're on the right track. Slowing the pace could make adapting to change easier, but the risk of missing out on opportunities would not be worth it, IMHO.
The process started with an HR round and then moved on to a technical coding round. It was followed by a technical round and a final panel interview. They moved between interviews pretty quickly. There was also a prep call with the Hiring Manager.
