Great culture, very open discussion and communication. It is mind-blowing how the leadership team is transparent about strategic decisions and company orientations. The quality of the people is amazing. Excellent product and open-source philosophy. Customers love using Databricks, and it's revolutionizing the use of data and AI at a global level.
Not much to say here except that you need to be very adaptive, since the company is moving really fast.
