Great place to work for.
Lots of smart people to learn from.
Huge potential ahead.
100% busy, lots of customers are interested, but the team does not scale fast enough.
The sense of unfairness is huge in this place. Field engineering RSUs are almost 50% those of Software engineering, unlike any other place. That makes me think if I made the right decision to join this team.
Look at field engineering compensation. Tighten the gap of RSU grants.
