Pros: Exciting high-growth industry. Product that is amazing. Exposure to modern data stack and tools.
Cons: Team culture is inconsistent and heavily dependent on who you work with. There is a presence of toxic and backstabbing behaviour that undermines trust and collaboration. Recent hires are not as impressive.
