I feel truly fortunate, humble, and inspired as a result of finally getting to know what it feels like to be part of a culture and witness leadership that very simply and very genuinely cares about you as a human being and the shared mission of the company.
SAs are generally known to have arduous and long working hours. These are not mandates, and my manager has never once asked me to work beyond regular hours. However, the work can be extremely exciting and rewarding in and of itself, which can still lead to an extraordinary amount of work to do.
