Team culture is inconsistent and heavily dependent on who you work with. There is a presence of toxic and backstabbing behaviour that undermines trust and collaboration. Recent hires are not as impressive.
Invest seriously in leadership quality and cultural integrity. The product and market opportunity are strong, but long-term success will be limited unless trust, transparency, and respect are actively enforced. An amazing workplace is built in environments where expectations are clear and feedback is honest, not political game playing.
