Pros: Leadership (not just the execs, but even directors and managers) is humble even as they set an ambitious vision for the future. Work gets busy in spurts, but overall the balance with life outside of work is ideal for me. Really smart teammates who are all willing to help. I'm not sure there's another company with so many resources (courses, readings, and teammates) to help with career growth. If you want to be surrounded by the best and smartest people in data, and you want to push yourself, Databricks is a great place.

Cons: This space changes so fast it can be hard to keep up with new developments.

Pros: Work culture, growth, pay, fun.

Cons: Competitive product, fast-moving, etc.

Pros: The hiring bar is extremely high, so the people are amazing and professional. There are lots of opportunities, and the sales performance is unbelievable.

Cons: Budgets are starting to tighten up.
