There is so much innovation at a super-fast pace from R&D and product, and the field is super talented to use that effectively in solving customer needs.

Databricks Interview Experiences
Sr. Solutions Architect
Applied online via careers site. Recruiter (usually via email or call). Hiring Manager (via Google Meet). Some tech rounds by other senior architects (not sure how many; I did not reach that stage as I was rejected in the hiring manager round).
Senior Staff Software Engineer
Met with several leads from the team: - Two separate system design interviews. - One coding interview. - A couple of fit calls. - A presentation to walk through a previous project.
Software Engineer (Internship)
All interviews were conducted remotely. The process included an online assessment, followed by an HR intro call, two technical interviews, and a final interview with an engineering manager. Overall, the whole process took about two weeks.
