Pros: A company hiring the best will continue to outperform itself over time. That's my experience with Databricks. It is a great workplace with tons of perks and an enjoyable and friendly working environment.
The leadership is transparent and down-to-earth; they listen and react.
The platform is so powerful and contains a full arsenal of tools to support several use cases.
Cons: The company is still in the early phases of maturity. There are some gaps that can be improved, especially in intra-organizational communications.
