I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks.

• 1/ Leetcode easy coding exercises
• 2/ Live data analysis
• 3/ Leetcode medium coding exercise
• 4/ Hiring manager: present a challenging project.

Overall:

• 1/ was python beginner level exercise
• 2/ was not so challenging but gave a good overview of what the day-to-day is like and where the value sits at datadog
• 3/ medium leetcode but the interviewer was willing to help - overall this was a good interview experience as it was a nice back and forth with a senior engineer.
• 4/ was more disappointing as I felt gaslighted, unnecessarily challenged, and felt my work was voluntarily downgraded by the interviewer.

Present a challenging project mixing ML and SWE difficulties.
