Process
The HR manager was initially 15 minutes late for a 10-minute phone interview.
Subsequently, I was stood up twice in a row for the same interview; my recruiter clearly does not grasp the concept of time zones.
Finally, a "no-reply" rejection email was sent.
To summarize, this was by far my worst recruitment process experience.

Pros: - Good work environment. Engineers are friendly, helpful, and excited about their work.
- Small teams take care of their entire stack. This allows learning a lot and taking part in all aspects of a project.
- Flexible working hours and location.
Cons: It is a tech product, and as the company grows, teams are getting specialized. So it can lack diversity if you prefer broader projects.
