Pros: I’ve only been with the company for two months, but I’m impressed by how well they take care of their employees and all of the advantages. A multicultural team in which everyone has a voice, and people are super collaborative and intelligent.

Cons: Not a thing identified so far.

Pros: Top-tier talent Amazing tech stack and DevX Great learning opportunities

Cons: Could have better benefits (sticks to the minimum by law). A bit of hustle culture. No remote work for everyone, even if your job doesn’t demand to be in the office.

Pros: Super dynamic environment. You learn a lot; they have many new projects all the time. Good salary, possibility of traveling. Some good perks.

Cons: Working in a satellite office isn't good, you can be left very much to your own devices. Perhaps it depends on the individual background and the team and project you fall into, but I find that they can have a somewhat toxic work culture. My boss was suggesting I work shifts as if I were in another country. The tooling is a mess. For Big Tech, they have some very poor processes and tools, which is surprising given how polished the product they sell is. The oncall is paid very poorly and is usually not quiet. Very bad policy for working in another country (at most 5 days in a row).
