I had 5 interviews: 3 for the senior engineer grade and 2 for the staff one.
The senior interviews were the classic trio: behavioural, coding, and systems design. Each took around 50 minutes, and the interviewers did IMO a great job interacting with me while I solved the problems, as well as making them incremental.
The 2 interviews for staff involved presenting what I considered my best engineering work at my current company. The format was quite open, and I found it challenging to decide on what to focus and at what level. It also took some time to prepare them, but it was an interesting experience.
