Great Place to Work
Senior Software Engineer • Current Employee
New York, New York, United States
February 22, 2024
Pros: Founders were fiscally responsible during the pandemic. They did not over-hire, nor were they riding the layoff train.
Cons: Policies are not remote-friendly. Travel is extremely restricted, especially for the few teams that are remote. Founders believe remote workers are not as productive as onsite workers and have said as much.

Senior Software Engineer • Former Employee

Cons: Lack of promotional growth, stack ranking

Formerly great company spoiled by management AI mandate
Senior Software Engineer • Current Employee
May 31, 2026
Pros: The engineers are both skilled and good to work with. Building a product that is useful and sold to customers, vs selling your users, is a pleasure.
Cons: Management recently added an AI mandate, so look elsewhere if you don't want to be required to use LLMs.
