I was contacted by a recruiter following a recommendation.
They presented the company, the recruitment process, etc.
This was followed by a technical interview over the phone, a take-home assignment, and a half-day on-site, consisting of 3 interviews:
- Coding
- Design
- Cultural fit
The process took less than a month from initial contact to a positive response. All the people I met were very welcoming, professional, and responsive.
