TL;DR:
Indeed, your time is worth zero.
First interview is a phone screen with two easy questions. Then, it's a take-home project. I spent 6-8 hours on it and received a review that seemed to take only 10 minutes to check. I feel very disappointed. The reviewer didn't understand my implementation and just gave a negative note.

Very easy coding questions. I don't see there are algorithms.
