I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months.
The first HR interview focuses on experience, motivations, and fit with the offer. This is followed by two coding interviews (LeetCode-style algorithmic test).
Following that, a system design interview, the objective of which is to test the ability to design the technical architecture to solve a vague problem given at the beginning of the interview.
Then finally an experience and values interview (technical discussion on a project + behavioral questions).
The process is clear, the talent acquisition manager gave me advice throughout the process to properly prepare for the interviews.
