Software Engineer II Interview Experience - New York, New York
Process
The process began with a Sourcer screen, followed by a one-hour coding interview over Zoom. The interview consisted of two questions, and there was time to ask questions of the interviewer. After that, I was transferred to a recruiter who read me a sanitized version of the interviewer's feedback.
The next round involved four one-hour interviews:
- Two technical
- One behavioral
- One hypothetical system design
After completing all the interviews, the recruiter informed me of my rejection but provided all the feedback from the interviewers for my benefit. Throughout the process, I felt like the recruiter was fighting for me, but I did not receive an offer because one of my interviewers was not satisfied.
