I was contacted by an internal recruiter through LinkedIn.
After an initial screening interview with her, I then had a technical interview with two people, which consisted of 30 minutes speaking about my experience and 30 minutes of live coding.
This was followed by a take-home project and three further one-hour interviews:
The whole process was very open and transparent. The recruiter who originally contacted me stayed in constant contact throughout to offer support or answer any questions I might have.
The feedback at each stage was detailed and fair, and everyone I spoke to seemed to really like their jobs, which sold me on the company.
The usual technical interview questions, nothing strange.
