Process
A friend referred me, and I was contacted the other day.
I was contacted by their recruiter.
The interview was 20 minutes of general behavioral questions. We had a nice chat, but I ended up getting rejected.

Pros: Good pay, good WLB, good office. French, so they are chill.
Cons: Beware of opt and stem opt people. They will contradict themselves to avoid starting your H1B or EB3/2 process. However, they might say that they will. I wouldn't trust their word.
