The interview process involved an initial phone screening with a recruiter, followed by an interview with the hiring manager.
Both the recruiter and the hiring manager were great people. They were pleasant and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process, ensuring I knew what to expect at every step.
It was a good experience, even though it didn't lead to an offer. I now understand what I need to improve for future opportunities.
