Pros: - Almost every SWE gets promoted to SWE 2 in 1-2 years.
- Amazing WLB.
Cons: - Slow growth after SWE 2.
- Not really a meritocracy; more about how long you've been there.
- Benefits suck. Basically no 401k match.
- It's team dependent, but work can be repetitive, and I feel like I'm not learning new things.
