Pros: Corporate culture, benefits, growth opportunities, transparency, excellent corporate citizenship/values, and actively supporting communities around office locations.
Cons: The closest thing to a downside is the constant challenge. Employees are often thrown into the deep end of the pool. This is mitigated by the supportive culture and strong emphasis on work-life balance. Be prepared for a tired brain at the end of the workday.

Pros: This is a great place to work. There's not a lot of bureaucracy, and everyone wants to push the product forward.
Lots of good technologies (Go, Python, ES6/React), smart and friendly engineers, and great snacks, food, and office perks.
The CEO and CTO are really committed to their company and are accessible, which can be rare in a company of that size.
Very good work culture also: no blaming, systematic post-mortems, and great accountability to the clients.
Cons: This field needs 5 words to be valid, but for real, there is nothing to say here!
