Cons: They terminated my trial period without respecting the notice period.
For them, it's fine as they compensated these six weeks. For me, it's not, as I am not entitled to unemployment benefits because of this.

Pros: The job is super interesting and challenging: we use all the latest technologies.
The other engineers are both brilliant and humble, and always ready to help you.
Perfect company culture. The atmosphere is also great: zero "drama," very good understanding among employees.
The founders and executives are brilliant, transparent, and accessible. The vision as well as the execution are impeccable.
The "benefits" are great.
Cons: The company is growing fast, so you have to hang on. But everything is very well orchestrated.
