The interview process involved an OA on HackerRank, followed by a behavioral interview and then a technical interview.
The entire process was not that difficult.
I think they value culture and drive a lot. I forgot what the behavioral interview covered.

Exciting Product, Leadership Lacking

Pros: Interesting product in an exciting space.
Cons: No diversity in leadership.
Very few Black leaders. Actions speak louder than words. I mean, come on, it's 2022.
It's always the pipeline excuse, but a less qualified white male with connections will be given senior leadership roles and allowed to fail over and over, with the goalposts constantly being moved.
Do better. At this point, not doing anything signals that leadership knows the problem and just doesn't care.

Pros: Environnement parfait pour progresser : le niveau des ingénieurs est très élevé, et le produit en pointe.
Management compétent, beaucoup plus que ce que j'ai vu ailleurs.
Des bureaux au top : pas de flex office, chaises Herman Miller, snack, boisson et repas offerts, situation géographique exceptionnelle.

Politique de voyage et de remboursement plutôt arrangeante.
Travail sur Mac par défaut.
Très bonne ambiance.
Cons: Des horaires légèrement décalés pour travailler avec New York.
Peu d'aménagements pour les parents : uniquement 3 jours enfant malade, pas de possibilité de temps partiel.
