- Small teams take care of their entire stack. This allows learning a lot and taking part in all aspects of a project.
- Flexible working hours and location.
It is a tech product, and as the company grows, teams are getting specialized. So it can lack diversity if you prefer broader projects.
Try to keep the atmosphere friendly and passionate for as long as you can. The company is getting bigger, and new processes can make things a bit colder.
