None that I can think of.
Incompetent managers who only know how to micromanage their employees and who have zero experience in the area they are managing. A total game of favoritism here, where the people who work hard don't get any recognition. HR's involvement to increase retention and job satisfaction is nonexistent.
Promote diversity and hire people of color. Give everyone the same equal opportunity and eliminate your useless HR department.
The interview process was very drawn out; it took about 6 weeks and had 4 stages with 5 total interviews. There was never an exact role defined in which I was interviewing for. I was told the interview process is generic and a role fit is determined
1st Round Interview: 30-min behavioral call with recruiter. 2nd Round Interview: 75-min technical interview (2 medium or hard LeetCode questions plus extra evaluation). Short and very straightforward process; it seemed to be well-run.
First was a recruiter screen where they asked behavioral questions and about your experience. Next was a technical round with an engineer where they asked LeetCode-type questions. Overall, not too hard a process.
