There are a lot of opportunities for learning and growth. Depending on your department and team, there are opportunities for both horizontal and vertical growth.
If you aren't fond of traveling for work at least once a quarter, it can be challenging. However, they try to make the traveling experience as friendly as possible, and it was a great experience.
