Good benefits: unlimited PTO.
Management could be improved, but overall good.
The interview process included: * 1 phone screen * 1 coding challenge * 1 onsite with 3 interviews The phone screen was very easy, with two super simple questions. Next, I received the take-home coding challenge. It wasn't particularly diffi
Pretty straightforward, but one of the interviewers explained the setup of the interview shockingly poorly. He also asked me a question about my previous company, and then as I was answering it, he said, "I don't really care." Charming!
Ghosted!!! Despite receiving rave feedback from everyone at Datadog, I was ghosted. The process consisted of: * Zoom calls with a couple of people * A take-home assignment * A couple more calls * A panel interview I do not recommend this company.
