A lot of ownership across various projects
Wish that we had free breakfast and dinner.
OA, behavioral, technical. The process itself was pretty straightforward and nothing out of the blue. It was a standard Leetcode-style OA with behavioral questions from HR. The technical interview was also standard with engineers.
Pretty straightforward, but one of the interviewers explained the setup of the interview shockingly poorly. He also asked me a question about my previous company, and then as I was answering it, he said, "I don't really care." Charming!
Almost every interview panel has a designated jerk, unfortunately. Mine was raising his voice at me by the end of the call to name a data structure he'd heard of but I hadn't. It's all just so demeaning and childish.
