DEI content encompasses 15-25% of Engineering All Hands meetings. The atmosphere is hostile to any beliefs different than their majority liberal ideology, even if you just stayed silent. It is very exclusive and intolerant. They also culture an environment of victimhood; everyone is offended and a victim of something here.
Quit using PIPs to hide behind personal or illegal reasons to fire people. People before and after me have had this experience.
