I couldn't even pass the screening. The HR interviewer used an AI assistant to "take notes," which I found pretty invasive for a two-person conversation. Aside from that, they scheduled the meeting very quickly. However, one of the things the interviewer mentioned was that their workdays are long. This job looks serious, and Deel doesn't care about work-life balance, as this is still a startup.
