I applied through their career page, and a couple of days later, I received an email to schedule a call with one of their recruiters.
The recruiter was very kind; they sold the company really well and got me really excited about it.
The process consisted of a home assessment and an interview to present the work that was done. After I completed the assessment, I never received an email to schedule an interview. Instead, a couple of days later, I got an email saying that I was discarded without any feedback.
I've tried to contact some of the recruiters to get some answers about it or even to know when I could apply again, but so far, no answer from Deel.
In general, a really bad experience.
