The HR representative was very responsive throughout the process. The process itself was very quick and depended upon my availability.
The technical interview was very smooth. It focused on a design exercise based on a set of actual requirements the team had worked on before, covering microservices, practical solution alternatives for a particular problem, technical trade-offs, scalability issues, and monitoring.
The manager and CTO were cool too. The hiring manager focused on behavioral questions, and the CTO focused on cultural fit.
