As many of the previous reviews stated, the first interview was a standard screening. The second is a take-home assignment where they basically ask you to do free work for them, and you get a rejection email shortly after.
They do not even pay for the hours spent on this assessment, even though it is clear that they expect you to deal with a problem the company is currently experiencing, depending on the position for which you are applying.
It has also come to my attention that this company fakes Glassdoor reviews in order to sweep those that expose them under the rug. That is a very shady company.
