I think I met the best, kindest, most amazing recruiter among all recruiters I have ever met. His name is Allan Bravo. Allan was very kind, prompt, and very friendly. We kicked off our conversations as though we had met before. I loved chatting with him on a daily basis.
I was asked to come up with manual test cases for one of the flows within the company website. I also demonstrated the approach to testing a feature.
I had a live online coding session based on JavaScript automation. The scenario was handed within the call. I had a chat with two amazing engineers, Aleksei and Sergey. They were helpful during the interview; it was more of an interaction than an interview. I wrote code which did not run, but they guided me on where I was going wrong, and this was very helpful. I appreciate and thank them both.
I later met with an engineering manager and QA engineer, Cornelius (aka Capi 😂) and Rabia. They asked both technical and general questions and gave me a picture of what to expect when I join Deel. I loved chatting with them because they were very helpful. I really loved chatting with them.
Yaron was great and friendly, like the rest of the Deel teammates. We were able to chat and finalize all logistical matters.
