I was invited to an initial interview, and the first available time wasn't until two weeks later.
The recruiter who interviewed me seemed very unengaged in the conversation and didn't foster a very welcoming environment. Many of my questions were met with very vague answers, and not enough time was allocated for me to ask more information about the role and company.
They also told me to expect regular overtime without being able to answer how much or even an average, just that it "wasn't a typical 9 to 5." To me, this just shows signs of a company that is not willing to respect your time.
I was not invited back for the next round.
