Pros: Really good people in engineering and in general. Pretty flexible on time off. Getting to work with people from around the world. Growing super fast, which is both exciting and a challenge.

Cons: Can be intense, and growing fast had its price.

Pros: - Best company culture I've encountered - a super smart team that cares and delivers. - Top-notch technology, and if I bring something new and it works, it's accepted. - Great CI/CD process, which means I'm super impactful. I can literally write something in the morning, have QA pass it by noon, and by the evening, have it live for thousands of customers already. What can be better than that? - Really a rocket-speed company!

Cons: - Pace and intensity may not fit everyone.

Pros: Joining Deel has been a dream come true. As a Software Engineer, the culture here is exactly what modern work should look like: - Async-First Culture: The "Slack is the office" mentality is real. The company actively encourages reducing meetings in favor of asynchronous communication, which is a game-changer for maintaining deep focus and productivity. - Cutting-Edge AI Integration: Deel isn't just talking about the AI revolution; they are leading it. They provide free training and paid access to state-of-the-art tools like Cursor, JetBrains, Copilot, and many more. It's incredibly empowering to work for a company that invests in your efficiency. - Global Diversity: I work with brilliant colleagues from over 150 countries. It's a truly global environment that feels inclusive and high-energy. - Top-Tier Perks: Beyond the flexibility, the perks are fantastic, ranging from travel benefits to paid dinners and flexible time off. You truly feel valued and blessed to be part of the team.

Cons: I honestly don't have any major negatives. The pace is fast, and there is a lot to learn. But that is expected when you're working at a company that is scaling this quickly and leading its industry.
