Terrible culture and senior management
Software Engineer • Current Employee
April 25, 2024
Pros: A product that has some traction.
Cons: Senior management is out of their depth, especially the founders. They're lucky the CEO has a father who has business experience.
Set stupid targets that cause the rest of the team to burn out.
The culture is the most toxic I've ever worked in. This stems from the top.
