I applied online. The process took 2 weeks.
The interviewer showed up 5 minutes late and had the most arrogant attitude I have ever experienced in a hiring process. Big red flag. Constantly interrupting me over small details. Demeaning attitude, not a single smile. It's like they wanted me to fail and feel under pressure.
It's okay to discuss different views on architecture. But nitpicking the syntax and tiny details was simply not helpful to anyone. If that's the culture, I dodged a bullet.
Questions
The technical constraints and how it fit the overall platform architecture. That was actually a fair question.
