Sr Backend Software Engineer Interview Experience - Belgium
Process
Shortest interview ever.
The recruiter asked if I was a permanent resident of Belgium. I said yes.
The recruiter then asked if I was willing to work as an independent contractor. I said no.
She said the position was only possible in Belgium as an independent contractor (despite their website saying they provide EOR services in Belgium).
