Process
I started the interview process with a standard 30-minute phone interview. It began fine, but the interviewer became ruder and ruder as it progressed. At 30 minutes over time, I had enough and decided to opt out of continuing further.
I was surprised that my only choice for employment was as an independent freelancer, instead of Deel using their own platform for local hiring and payroll.
I really didn't like their attitude and felt like it wasn't a good match.
