Great environment, flexible PTOs (you can take leave whenever you need if agreed with your team beforehand), fast-paced environment.
You need to get a really good initial compensation because you will stick with it for a while, even if you get good feedback. You'll also see new-hire colleagues getting higher pay than you are.
