No pros, as per my experience.
My experience with Deel has been extremely frustrating. The onboarding process was poorly managed, relying too much on AI instead of real human support.
When issues arose, getting help was nearly impossible. Deel has only one HR representative in India, and when I requested a change for better support, they told me they had no alternative HR available.
It's now March 1st, and I have not received my salary, even though Deel's system shows it was scheduled for February 28th. Additionally, my health insurance was supposed to start today (March 1st), but it still shows as "awaiting enrollment," and I have received no policy details.
For a company that claims to simplify global employment, Deel’s lack of proper payroll processing, unreliable HR support, and failure to provide promised benefits make them highly untrustworthy. I do not recommend Deel for anyone looking for a smooth and professional EOR experience.

It took one week to get a follow-up from the recruiter. Initially, there was an HR round where my current role and experience were discussed. After two days, I received a rejection. It was due to the amount of experience I had.
First stage with a Talent Acquisition Specialist, 25 minutes in, they ask a question on whether I would be comfortable with constant overtime. Thank you, but no. Those questions have to come in way earlier.
