I applied through a recruiter.
The first round was with the HM and the interview felt more of a one-way communication rather than a discussion. The interviewer appeared disinterested at best, however was professional. They asked about the last major projects, tools used, and outcome.
There were no updates 10 days post interview, and upon asking for an update, a templatized rejection mail was sent.

Pros: - A transparent company;
- the energy that is fun and exciting;
- good base, bonus, and stock;
- remote first;
- a talented engineering team;
- good if you like Rust, Linux, and working with GPUs.
Cons: The company is in the midst of growing from 50 to 150+ people, which brings along a lot of growing pains. We are figuring out how to structure teams, how to communicate, and the correct level of process.
