I applied online. The process took 2 weeks.

Recruiter call, previous experience and some behavioural
Coding test, they asked me inverted index with a twist
Coding test and system design, rate limiter (code) and text translation API
Cultures and values - I failed before this, even though I did decent

No feedback from the recruiter after doing so much, which is why I gave neutral; otherwise, most interviewers were very friendly.
