I applied online. The process took 8 weeks.
Interview process took around 8 weeks. Went through two competitive interviews, each in front of two panels of existing employees. Questions ranged from Linux and system engineering to network engineering, fibre, and other related stuff.
Once complete, there was a long pause where I believe there was some deliberation over my application and also a lot of unrelated work going on in the background which was delaying things somewhat. The recruiter was in touch throughout with regular updates so there wasn't, like, two to three weeks of radio silence.
Was finally granted a third and final interview which was with senior management and was more of a victory lap where we talked remuneration, perks, and so forth before a formal offer was made to me which I accepted. The interview process was challenging but fun and long but ultimately rewarding, and I encourage everyone to give it time and patience.
