It was a pleasant experience. The process was very well organized. People were polite and respectful during the entire process. The only concern that I had was regarding the technical interview. It was an online coding task, but I didn’t have access to the code itself. I had to dictate the actions to the interviewer, so that he was writing the code for me. It felt frustrating as this coding process did not feel natural which negatively impacted my overall understanding of the code that we were writing.

As a result, I failed a simple task of reviewing the code as there was a bug which I overlooked. I believe that I could have identified it if I would have had an opportunity to run it and navigate through it by myself. Other than that, I enjoyed the process, and I also received detailed feedback. I hope I will be able to try again in the future.
