It was a purely technical interview focusing on knowledge of the .Net platform (what async/await compiles to, how yield works, ...), algorithms, and databases. Questions about personality, soft skills, etc. do not come up at all (at least in the first round).

If a list doubles its internal capacity whenever an element is inserted and the current capacity is insufficient, what is the amortized time complexity of the insertion?
