Associate Mechanical Engineer Interview Experience - Peoria, Illinois

Process

It started with a simple conversation about weekend plans. Then the manager began to talk about Dell Service and the opportunities available.

Next, we went over my resume. I realized he was getting distracted. As I reviewed my resume, I would pause to see if he would add comments, but he didn't, leading to dead silence.

Because it was a phone interview, I almost thought we had been disconnected, but he was still listening. Even until the end of the interview, when I asked questions, his answers were no more than one sentence. It wasn't a pleasant experience.
